This privacy policy applies to the NavAssistant app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Spyridon Baltsas (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”. The Application is available via Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codemasterapps.navigationassistant . By using the Application, user consents to this Privacy Policy.

What permissions does the Application require and why?

The Application needs the following permissions in order to work properly;

• Access to device storage. This is required to save user’s settings and their saved maps
• Access to device GPS. This is required for enable the Application to track user’s location in real time and offer the desired service.
• Internet. In order to load maps, access to internet is required.
• Activity Recognition. This is a permission which aims to improve user’s experience with Application and overall usefulness.

How are the data collected and used?

The Application itself does not collect or share any data to third parties. User’s data remain in their device locally. However, Application uses Google Play Services for its functionality. Their privacy policy can be found here https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Opt-Out rights

User may stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. The standard uninstall processes can be used as may be available as part of android device or via Play Store.
